3 - Datateknik presents “Professional Project Management Service” for the analyses, planning, risk management, budget management, implementation, and creation of all technical and informatics projects in order to give support for 100 percent completion of your projects in time, and within determined budgets.
4 - In scope of our IT Transport Service, all hardware, software and configuration inventories in your data center are prepared by our professional teams, work plans are thoroughly organized prior to transport, necessary precautions are taken in order to return back in case of any problem, and all systems are transferred from one point to another within 12 hours, and delivered ready to use.
5 - With 132 professional service points all around Turkey, spare part warehouses in 12 cities, and our TSE certified service and field services unit capable of giving 7x24 service with intervention within an hour and providing solution within 2 hours, we present services in order to provide the consistency of your workflow.
6 - With our Call Center giving 7x24 service, we rapidly respond to all kinds of problems and provide the consistency of your workflow within the time limits determined due to your service level agreement.
